Award-winning service from LK Hair & Beauty

On Sunday 29th April LK Hair & Beauty bagged the national award for Customer Service of the Year in Leicester at the English Hair and Beauty Awards 2018. Up against award-winning salons all over the country, LK Hair & Beauty stole the show for regional and national customer service.

Kim Watts who owns both LK Hair & Beauty in Shaw and Secrets Nail & Beauty Salon in Newbury Town Centre commented that "being awarded the best customer service in our region was incredible, but when we heard our name called out for best customer service overall, we all jumped for joy"

"Myself and the team value every single client and work hard to show this. We strive to use the best professional products on the market, provide excellent training to our members of staff, and always encourage conversation and creativity to ensure our clients get the very best service."

It has been a whirlwind year for Kim after taking ownership of Secrets Nail & Beauty Salon in November last year. It has been very successful so far with the introduction of new members of staff, new products, and new services, and she is very much looking forward to what the next 12 months bring.
